Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract to purchase a ticket/s to any Cotswold Edge Event at any time and without giving any reason.

A full refund of the cover price of the ticket will be made for cancellations received up to 60 days in advance of the published date of the event.

For cancellations received after 60 days in advance of the published date of the event a refund will not be made. If a cancelled ticket/s is resold by the organiser a full refund of the cover price paid will be made.

2. Cancellation

(a) To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase by a clear statement, e.g. a letter sent by post to Cotswold Edge Events 27 Brook Street, Chipping Sodbury Bristol, BS37 6AZ

(b) You can also request cancellation by contacting us by email to: contact@cotswoldedgeevents.co.uk. If you use this option, we will acknowledge receipt by e-mail without delay.

(c) To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation period (as set out in clause 1 above) has expired.

(d) Refunds will only be made once the cancelled ticket/s purchased have been returned to us. All cancelled tickets must be sent to Cotswold Edge Events, 27 Brook Street, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6AZ

3. Effect of Cancellation

(a) If you cancel your purchase we will reimburse all payments received from you in respect of that purchase.

(b) We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

(c) If a handling charge (for postage) has been applied to your booking and paid at the point of sale we will not refund this if you subsequently cancel your booking at any time.

(d) Reimbursement in respect of cancellations will be made without undue delay, and not later than:

(i) 14 days after the date we receive the cancellation providing any cancelled ticket/s have been returned to us.

Or (ii) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the tickets, or

(iii) if there were no tickets supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your purchase.

(e) We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.
